Collett Group is directed by Simon Collett and strongly supported by Operations Manager Gina Grimwood. Both of which have been involved in extensive, successful land development, housing, and commercial projects over the past decades.
Simon has built thousands of homes and developed hundreds of sections across the top of the South Island, consistently recognised as the largest home builder for many years. Gina has also been involved in multiple developments, delivering hundreds of sections across the region.
With an exceptional synergy between them, they combine skills, knowledge, relationships and forward thinking innovation under the Collett Group as a united force. They love all types of development, building strong teams and really putting their heart and soul into delivering projects with a focus on supporting the community.
