He started business at the age of 21 as a qualified builder and accumulated a wealth of knowledge that has earned him Nelson’s most awarded Master Builder, and Jennian’s only ‘Hall of Fame’ member.
As the proud founder of Jennian Homes, Milestone Homes Nelson, and Premier Services, Simon has celebrated numerous successful land and commercial developments throughout his business career. Today he is active in multiple companies and his involvement in the largest development in Nelson Tasman / Richmond West area has been instrumental in the growth of the region.
Through inspirational leadership and dedication, Simon cultivates a thriving and inclusive environment, providing opportunities for young local talent, supporting the wider community.
As the day-to-day operations manager Gina is instrumental in providing high-level management support to keep business functions running smoothly at Group level. She is passionate about the details, ensuring the multitude of company and project requirements are handled with expediency and excellence, and delivered on time.
With 31+ years managing complex projects, she also boasts an extensive background in successful property development in the Coastal Tasman area.
Gina’s experience encompasses all areas of land development and subdivision, ranging from ownership structures, bare land purchase, the consenting pathway through to title production, contract management, sales and marketing, company compliance, tax and financial reporting.
Her leadership skills, professionalism and commercial acumen honed through management roles across NZ and Australia, bring exceptional value to client and team projects. For Gina nothing beats seeing a team working together to achieve their goals.
